Do you enjoy competition? Do you desire to be the best you can be? Do you like to set goals and crush them? Do you love that team atmosphere?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of those questions, then this class is for YOU!
In addition to a full class of challenging circuits, there will be five (aka: penta) specific exercises that will be repeated throughout the course of four weeks, which allows members to monitor their progress. We've create a leaderboard to celebrate milestones, accomplishments and achievements along the way.
This class will help you develop strength, improve agility, and build endurance in a FULL BODY workout!
NOTE: The vibe of this class is energetic from the members and the coaches and has some intensity to it! Even if you're new, you can do it! We'll offer options and opportunities for all!
