TRAIN LIKE A REAL BOXER!
This class focuses on specific boxing skills and drills and incorporates various workout stations that will help develop strength, conditioning, endurance, speed, agility, head-movement and footwork.
We will use the tools of heavy bags, slip bags, double end bags and focus mitts. There is a strong emphasis on proper technique to avoid injury.
This is a no-contact class, but I guarantee, you’ll feel like a real boxer in OR out of the ring (class)! Our goal is to empower and boost confidence whether you have gloves on or not!
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS FOR EXPERIENCED MEMBERS ONLY, NO BEGINNERS.
