This strength and conditioning workout will help shape and tone your body!
Equipment used will consist of dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted body bars, bands, or simply body weight! Classes vary each week but you'll have an option to keep track of your progress to monitor your gains! This class is for all levels of fitness and options and opportunities will be provided for all!
